Quick and Easy (Peach) Cobbler
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups large diced peaches (or whatever fruit or combination thereof that you have on hand, diced if necessary)
Preheat oven to 350° and lightly grease a 12″ x 8″ baking dish. Whisk together the first 3 ingredients in a medium-size bowl, then stir in the melted butter. Pour into the prepared dish, and scatter the fruit evenly over the top.
Bake for about one hour when it will be golden brown.
