Delta Mint Tea

4 family size tea bags

1 very large handful of fresh mint (leaves and stems)

Rind and juice of 2 lemons

8 cups boiling water

1 cup sugar

 Steep tea bags, mint and lemon rinds in boiling water for 30 minutes. (Keep a lid on the pot while it is steeping.)  Remove all three from water and pour into a pitcher.  Add lemon juice and sugar, stirring as you add. Chill and serve over ice.
